By purchasing goods from our website you enter an agreement with Airconditionig.biz. The agreement will be concluded in the moment of reception of the invoice.
Airconditionig.biz is an online UK retailer of air conditioning equipments, with contracts established with some of the major worldwide manufacturers and suppliers of air conditioning systems.
Making A Purchase
Before placing an order for one or more of our products online or via telephone you must read and agree with the terms and conditions below.
Shipping And Handling
Please refer to our delivery section for complete details on the delivery options. In the moment of product reception you must inspect with care the packaging of the unit. In case any damage is identified, you will need to indicate the damage on the confirmation of receipt given to you for signing by the delivery driver. When you sign the confirmation of receipt you are confirming, to us and the delivery company, that you have received the products in good condition. Secondly, open the packaging and check the condition of the unit as soon as you have received it. In case you identify any damage, you will need to notify us of the damage within 30 minutes of signing for the goods. Failure to notify us of any damage in a 30 minutes interval from the arrival of the goods will waive any possibility of forwarding a ‘Damaged in Transport’ claim to our courier. In this case, Airconditionig.biz will not be held responsible for the damage. To notify us of any damage please use our Contact us form.
Important Delivery Information
Our couriers only deliver to the ground floor. In case you are not on the ground floor you will need to make arrangements for someone to be there to aide the driver deliver the goods to your floor. For safety and health reasons our drivers are not allowed to carry heavy/large items up stairs on their own - they must be assisted by a second person. Please note that if you are not on the ground floor and no one is present to aide the driver to deliver the goods, they will not deliver the package to you. If such the case, you will be liable for the delivery costs associated with a non delivery.
Delivery Charges
In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for the initial delivery charge in delivering the item from us to you and for the delivery charge incurred by us in arranging for our courier to collect the item from you and deliver it back to us.
For returns in case of an error on our part the collection will be arranged by us at no charge from your part.

Back Orders
In case the unit you ordered is out of stock, we will back order for you. Also, you will receive an email with the option to cancel the order, as desired.
Tax Charges
All UK orders are subjected to the 17.5% VAT.
Credit Card Security
All payments made through our website by credit card are transferred to secure servers. Your credit card details are encrypted by the secure server and are not stored in clear text on any website.
Guarantee
All items supplied by Airconditionig.biz come with a 12 month guarantee from the date of invoice. Should a fault arise in this interval please email us first as the majority of faults can be rectified via email communication. Make sure you email us as much information as possible about the identified problem(s) using our Contact us form.
In case the fault can not be rectified via email communication, you will need to return the unit to us. The unit will be returned to you within 7 days either fully repaired or if this is not possible a replacement unit will be sent to you.
In case NO fault is found, there will be a charge for postage (at the current rate) that will be paid in full prior to returning the unit.

Airconditioning.biz does not disclose buyers' information to third parties, except for goods delivery purposes.

If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. The data collected by this website is used to:

b. Administer and enhance the service and site
c. Disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes only.
Returns Policy
Please note that all packaging supplied with the goods must be stored for the duration of the warranty period. The packaging has been specially designed to protect the items whilst in transit. Failure to keep the original packaging will invalidate the warranty. Please note that the items will not be accepted back in any packaging other than the original packaging supplied with the goods.
In case of any returns - faulty products, wrong items received, etc. - customers must contact our Customer Service department prior to returning any goods to Airconditionig.biz .
All returns must be supplied with an Authorized return number. No goods should be returned to Airconditionig.biz without clearly bearing an Authorized return number, as these will be rejected. Goods are returned to Airconditionig.biz at the customers own risk and expense.
In case the received items do not appear to be functioning or they do not match your order and/or the delivery note, you will need to notify us within 24 hours from reception to obtain an Authorized return number.
Items Ordered in Error
Airconditionig.biz will invoice a handling charge of 30% + VAT per item + any associated courier charges for the return of goods originally ordered in error. Such errors must be notified to the our Returns Department within 24 hours of the receipt of goods to obtain an Authorized return number. The goods must returned to the service center within 7 days in salable condition with in the original packaging and featuring all instructions.
Cancellation of Orders
You must notify us of any cancellation of goods ordered, by email on our Contact us page, before the goods are dispatched. Verbal cancellation will not be accepted. Failure to notify us before the goods have been dispatched will result in a handling charge of 20% of the total order cost being incurred as well as any courier charges in canceling the delivery to the customer and returning the goods back to Airconditionig.biz.
Private Buyers
A Private Buyer is defined by an individual purchasing goods for their own use, i.e. , not for resale or business use.
A Private Buyer's rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, available on http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
A Private Buyer has 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods to cancel his order, informing us through the Contact us page. Verbal notification is not acceptable. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the notice is sent.
In case the Private Buyer fails to return the goods to Airconditionig.biz within 7 days of the date of cancellation, Airconditionig.biz shall be entitled to recover the goods and deduct the cost of so doing from any sum owed to the Private Buyer.
Airconditionig.biz shall refund any sum paid by the Private Buyer as soon as possible but in any event no later than 30 days from the date the notice of cancellation was received. The refund will be made in the same method as payment.
The Private Buyer is liable for the costs of returning the goods to Airconditionig.biz The goods must be fully insured whilst in transit back to Airconditionig.biz The goods must be securely packaged in the original packaging supplied. Airconditionig.biz will reject any goods not in the original packaging supplied.
